You can use this body and its textures in both free and paid content without time limits. Remember to credit both Lye and Major Praline for the body!

Do not use this body to depict minors or minor-looking characters in any type of NSFW or erotic settings.

Do not use this body to create any type of offensive content, including but not limited to, homophobia, transphobia, racism or zoophilia/bestiality.

Do not use any part of the body (3d models, textures) in or with AI generated content and do not use it for training any kind of AI algorithms.

Keep seams intact and make sure to include thigh shape data (shp_mom) when creating bottom pieces to ensure compatibility with thighboots. If you don't know how to do it, feel free to ask in the Neolithe Hub.

Do not reupload or redistribute any unedited part of the body anywhere outside of the officially available sources.

Do not use the body or its parts outside of XIV and do not port it to any other games or virtual worlds.

Any kind of 3d edits of the original body must be discussed with Lye prior to their release. The exception is if you are using an already existing edit as a base, please contact the author of that edit instead. You must still, however, follow Neolithe's ToU.

When making an edit, keep in mind not to accidentally break the seams, to keep its compatibility. It is however allowed when it is required, e.g. for creating a plus sized edit.

Do not create copies of other bodies or their shapes on Neolithe's topology without permission of the original authors of the bodies.

When creating a body edit, make sure to keep a morpher/shape key compatible with the original body (same number of verts/vert order) so we can add it to the general devkit, especially if you are adding more loops/verts anywhere. When making an edit of Neolithe, you must be comfortable with us including such a morpher/shape key in the general devkit for the sake of easy porting between body options.

Body edits based on Neolithe MUST keep exactly the same permissions as the original body. You are not allowed to place further restrictions on it or allow things that are already forbidden according to Neolithe's ToU.

While it is not required, I highly recommend joining the Neolithe Hub to keep up with the body updates. I will try my best to announce any kind of changes body edit creators need to include in or know for their work there.
